Logrite is an enterprise-grade log management platform that transforms how companies handle logging, debugging, and analytics. As the Lead UX Designer at deployd.io, I've been responsible for designing the complete user experience across all five key components of the platform.
The Challenge
Modern development teams struggle with fragmented logging tools and overwhelming amounts of log data. Existing solutions often require extensive technical knowledge, creating barriers for teams trying to quickly diagnose issues and gain insights from their data.
Discovery & Research
I conducted extensive user research with technical stakeholders including DevOps Engineers, Software Architects, and CTOs to understand their pain points in existing logging workflows. Key findings included:
